Improvisation: Freedom and Tradition. 12-14 December 07
The Symposium was jointly organised by Culture Lab and the International Centre for Musical Studies (ICMuS) and was part of the Music and Machines series of events. The 3 day event involved a mix of presentations and improvisations from various musical traditions as well as dance. After the sessions there was an opportunity to ask questions and to debate the topics introduced.
